BY CAR

South Devon is easy to reach by road with the M5 bringing you to the region before linking to the A38, which runs through the centre of the county linking Exeter and Plymouth.

Travelling South take the M5 to Exeter then the A38 towards Plymouth leaving at the Totnes turning onto the A384. On reaching Totnes turn right at the major set of traffic lights onto the A381 following signs to Dartmouth. Continue to follow signs for Dartmouth turning left onto the A3122 at Halwell.  Finally at Dartmouth, take the A379 to Stoke Fleming, the property can be seen on the left just before the Kendicks restaurant.

The nearest train station to Dartmouth is Totnes, which is accessible by trains travelling from London and Birmingham. Trips on to Dartmouth can then be made by bus or taxi.
