Rental rates are for the entire property.

- All bedding, bath and hand towels are provided.
- A welcome pack is provided on your arrival with snacks and a nice bottle of wine.
There is a £100 deposit on booking and the balance is due six weeks before your stay. Your dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is paid. I will write to you with my contact details and holiday information once the deposit is received to confirm your payment and that your holiday is booked.
I understand life changes, so if you need to cancel after paying your deposit then just let me know asap and I will refund the deposit if I can re-allocate your stay.
If you cancel the holiday after paying the final sum, i.e less than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday this is non-refundable unless I can re-allocate your stay, which I will try my best to do. By booking you are agreeing to these conditions.
